Thanks to Marc Berman, we now know about this private ski area that operate in West Townshend, Vermont. Here are his details:
| Buckturd Basin was located
in
West Townshend, VT. There was about 350 vertical feet and a
rope tow. There were about 5 trails and glades that were carved out over
the years. They had a Tucker Sno-Cat & pretty good grooming apparatus.
It was open to friends and family. Operated from about 1980 to around
