Redford Ski Tow

According to Henry Savarie, a rope tow existed in the town of Redford. Here's his info:

The river here is the Saranac.

There was a small rope tow on the south side of the Saranac River near the community of Redford in Clinton County. The area was near the bridge over the Saranac at Pup Hill Road and is still delineated on the NYS Dept of Transportation 7.5' quadrangles as a ski area.

To the left is a view of the area today. Note that the slope is still clear, but there are numerous houses at the base, so I'm assuming its on private property.
