This small ski area on Hobbs Hill had a rope tow, tobogganing, and a shelter. Delmore has a few memories of this location:
"I remember that it was there and it wasn't very successful. It never had a lodge, just an old farmhouse that may have sold a few hamburgers and hotdogs there. The last time I remember being up in that area when it was open was when I was fifteen (1940)."
